WILLARDS WORLD CUP PREDICTION GAME & QUIZ CHALLENGE

1. Organizer

The Willards World Cup Prediction Game & Quiz Challenge ("Promotion") are organized by Willards and its authorized partners ("Organizer").

2. Eligibility

• Participation is open to individuals aged 18 years and above.
• Employees of the Organizer, its affiliates and agencies, may be excluded from participation.
• Participants must register using valid and accurate information.
• Only one account per participant is permitted.
• The Organizer reserves the right to verify participant eligibility at any time.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion will run until 4 July 2026. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at its sole discretion.

4. Registration

To participate, users must:

• Complete the registration process on the official platform.
• Provide accurate personal information, including full name, email address, and phone number.
• Accept these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Notice.

5. Competition Entry Period

The competition will open for entries once the platform is officially launched by the Organizer.

Participants may enter the competition until 4 July 2026, subject to the deadlines applicable to each quiz and prediction round.

Entries, quiz responses, and predictions submitted after the applicable deadline or after match kick-off will not be accepted.

6. Quiz Challenge

Participants may take part in a football-themed quiz consisting of:

• 5 Questions per Quiz
• Questions related to the World Cup and Willards Crinkle Cut

Quiz Scoring

• Each correct answer earns 5 points.
• A speed bonus of up to 10 points is awarded based on how quickly the answer is submitted.
• Participants have 10 seconds to answer each question.
• Score = 5 + (10 − Time Taken to Answer)
• Maximum point per question: 15 points (5 points + 10 bonus points)
• Maximum Quiz Score: 75 points
• Incorrect answers receive 0 points.
• The Organizer's scoring system and calculations shall be final.

7. Prediction Game

Participants may submit predictions for the designated match selected by the Organizer.

Maximum Prediction Score: 35 Points

Prediction Rules

• Participants may submit only one prediction per registered account.
• If multiple predictions are submitted, only the last prediction submitted before kick-off will be considered.
• Predictions must be submitted before kick-off.
• Once the match has started, predictions will be locked.
• Only the official result at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus stoppage time) will be considered.
• Extra time and penalty shootouts will not be considered.
• The Organizer reserves the right to validate and verify all prediction results.

8. QR Code System

Participants may scan the designated QR code available at the event on 4 July 2026 only to receive a bonus of 3 points on the leaderboard.

The QR code bonus may be claimed once only per participant.

To be eligible, participants must be registered on the platform and logged into their account at the time of the scan.

9. Leaderboard

A single leaderboard will combine points earned from:

• The Quiz Challenge
• The Prediction Game
• The QR Code Bonus

Maximum Points Available:

• Quiz Challenge = 75 Points
• Prediction Game = 35 Points
• QR Code Bonus = 3 Points

Maximum Combined Score: 113 Points

Leaderboard rankings will be determined by the total number of points accumulated during the Promotion.

The winner will be the participant with the highest score on the leaderboard at the end of the Promotion.

The QR Code Bonus may be claimed only once per participant and is available exclusively on 4 July 2026.

10. Tie-Breakers

In the event of a tie, the Organizer reserves the right to ask one or more tie-breaker questions to determine the final ranking of participants.

All decisions made by the Organizer regarding tie-breaker questions and final rankings shall be final.

11. Prizes

Prizes, if applicable, will be awarded according to the leaderboard standings and/or any additional promotional mechanics communicated by the Organizer.

Prizes:

• Are non-transferable.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash.
• May not be resold or transferred.
• May be substituted with prizes of equal or greater value at the Organizer's discretion.

Winner Notification: Winners will be announced during the event.

Prize Collection: Prize winners must be present in person at the official prize-giving event taking place on 4 July 2026, following the football match scheduled on that day, in order to claim their prize.

Participants may be required to present a valid identification document and any other information requested by the Organizer to verify their identity.

Failure to attend the event and claim the prize in person will result in forfeiture of the prize. The Organizer reserves the right to withdraw, reallocate, or otherwise dispose of any unclaimed prize.

No representative may collect a prize on behalf of a winner unless expressly authorized by the Organizer.

12. Data Collection & Privacy

By participating in the Promotion, participants consent to the collection, processing, and storage of their personal information.

The Organizer may collect:

• Full Name
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Quiz Results
• Prediction Data
• Account Activity
• Device and Platform Usage Information

Personal data may be used for:

• User authentication and account management
• Administration of the Promotion
• Leaderboard management
• Prize fulfillment
• Customer support
• Statistical analysis and reporting
• Marketing communications, where consent has been provided

Participant information may be shared with authorized service providers solely for the administration of the Promotion.

The Organizer will take reasonable measures to protect personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

13. Fraudulent Activity

The Organizer reserves the right to:

• Disqualify participants suspected of cheating.
• Remove duplicate accounts.
• Suspend accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive activity.
• Cancel points obtained through unauthorized means.
• Disqualify any participant found manipulating the system or providing false information.

All decisions made by the Organizer regarding eligibility, scoring, participation, and prize allocation shall be final.

14. Technical Issues

The Organizer shall not be held responsible for:

• Platform downtime
• Internet connectivity issues
• Technical malfunctions
• Delayed or failed submissions
• Data loss caused by technical failures
• Any interruption beyond the Organizer's reasonable control.

15. Modification or Cancellation

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice where circumstances require such action.

16. Acceptance

By participating in the Promotion, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all decisions made by the Organizer.
